As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Creating and managing structured project scopes, schedules, and work plans
Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver project milestones efficiently
Acting as the primary customer contact, maintaining clear and proactive communication
Managing risks, issues, timelines, and resources to keep projects on track
Monitoring progress using tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project and producing concise updates
As a Project Manager, your experience will include:
Proven experience as a Project Manager within an engineering or manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of recognised project management methodologies and their practical application
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting and influencing
Demonstrable leadership skills with clear accountability for delivering results
A proactive, analytical approach to problem solving and managing multiple projects
Confidence working directly with customers to ensure successful project outcomes
