A growing privately owned main contractor are looking for a talented Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to join their expanding team.
The company has more than doubled its turnover year on year for the past three years, delivering prime residential refurbishments and new builds across Chelsea, Kensington, Holland Park and other prestigious areas of London. Their projects typically range from £1k to £5m although the are now targeting work to £10m..
Led by a personable and highly experienced director, the business has built a strong reputation and a loyal, motivated workforce.
The Role
This is a varied, client-facing role where you’ll play an integral part in project delivery:
* Overseeing 2–3 live projects from preconstruction through to completion.
* Preparing and managing programmes, with support from contracts managers.
* Leading and supporting Site Managers across multiple schemes.
* Attending meetings with HNW private clients, architects, and consultants.
* Balancing time between sites, the office, and some home working.
About You
Whether you’re an experienced Project Manager or a driven Assistant PM ready to step up, you’ll bring:
* A background in high-spec residential refurbishment (essential)
* The ability to manage multiple priorities with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
