HR Advisor – Lisburn, Northern Ireland
Morson are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation in Lisburn to recruit an HR Advisor to join their growing team.
This is a full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week) offering a salary of £30,000 – £36,000 (DOE). The organisation operates a hybrid working model, typically requiring 3–4 days per week in the office.
The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the entire employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues and managers across a global workforce of approximately 500 employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery and implementation of the organisation's People Plan
* Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Act as a primary contact for HR queries across the full employee lifecycle
* Support the management and optimisation of the HR system, including policies, procedures, and terms & conditions
* Take ownership of colleague lifecycle activities including recruitment administration, pre-screening, onboarding, offboarding, employee experience, wellbeing, and life events
* Develop strong knowledge of employment legislation to ensure effective risk management and compliance
* Support senior leaders with recruitment activity
* Assist with HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions where required
About You
* Experience working within a shared services or central HR function
* Experience supporting organisational change, transformation, or HR projects
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Working knowledge of HR systems and data management
* Ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing demands
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high service standards
* Collaborative approach and team-focused mindset
* Willingness to travel internationally 2–3 times per year
* CIPD qualified or currently working towards certification
