We are privately owned restaurant located just outside Hinckley
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated full time Sous chef who shows passion and
flair and who is striving to build their career in the hospitality industry.
You will work alongside a team of chefs and you will learn how to work on the different sections
within the kitchen.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
To assist in ensuring that dishes are prepared and cooked according to the specific
restaurant standards.
To work alongside a team of chefs to ensure that all Restaurant service hours are covered.
Self-motivated & a positive team player.
Comply with company operational standards and procedures.
To ensure a high Level of cleanliness is maintained within the kitchen.
To ensure 100% compliance with all legislative guidelines and requirements in connection
with food hygiene and health and safety legislation.
Hours of work will vary depending on the need of the business, will involve weekends
The ideal candidate:

This position would suit college leavers who have completed their culinary arts qualification and are
seeking employment within the hospitality industry.
We are seeking a driven and creative professional who has a passion for fresh food who is keen to gain further knowledge in high end catering.
Own transport is essential
