Develop and implement a clear vision and strategy for Year 10, aligned with the school's overall goals. Oversee the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment in Year 10. Foster a strong team spirit amongst Year 10 tutors and staff. Monitor and track student progress, identifying and supporting those who need extra help. Work closely with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and partnership. Contribute to the wider leadership team of the school. The Ideal Candidate: A qualified teacher with a minimum of 5 years' successful teaching experience, including significant leadership experience within a secondary school setting. A proven track record of raising standards and improving student outcomes. Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues. Strong pastoral care skills and a genuine commitment to student well-being. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
