In this role, you will act as a trusted partner, operational gatekeeper, and steadying presence, ensuring the CEO’s time, focus, and influence are maximized. You will regularly interface with senior leaders, board members, and external stakeholders, requiring discretion, sound judgment, and confident presence.
What you’ll do

* Own a complex, multi-time-zone diary, anticipating priorities and managing competing demands.

* Coordinate international travel and logistics, including visas and security where required.
\t
* Act as a trusted proxy for the CEO, applying sound judgement and deep understanding of their agenda.
\t
* Prepare concise, high-quality briefings and materials for critical meetings.
\t
* Manage inboxes, correspondence and follow-through with precision.
\t
* Support complex meetings, board activity and key leadership events.
\t
* Drive operational excellence across expenses, records and executive processes.
\t
* Lead and mentor within the executive support team.
