Your new role
As a key member of the electrical maintenance team, you will carry out:
1. Domestic repairs — fault‑finding, rewiring, and day‑to‑day maintenance
2. EICR testing — ensuring all properties meet current safety standards
You’ll work independently, manage your own workload, and provide a professional, customer‑focused service to tenants and residents.
What you'll need to succeed
3. 18th Edition qualification (essential)
4. SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
5. Experience in domestic maintenance and testing
6. Strong diagnostic skills and a proactive approach
7. Full UK driving licence
