The Role?
* With a surge in work, you’ll be responsible for candidate generation and developing long term relationships with architects across London through multiple channels
* Active business development to drive growth across the team and expand our client portfolio
* Utilise social media (LinkedIn/Instagram) to build your reputation and influence within the industry
* Ability to earn big money through uncapped commission (20% of billings plus monthly bonus)
* We believe that people do their best work with trust and flexibility. So we work in a hybrid model; across our shared office space, Central London and home!
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in full 360 recruitment, in the world of technology, IT, Engineering, Science, or obviously Architecture!
* Proven billing profile over numerous years
* Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach.
* A driven, results orientated individual with a drive to grow a business
* Organised, strategic, and able to prioritise effectively.
* A trusted partner to clients with integrity, professionalism, and thought leadership.
* Someone who genuinely cares about the people you connect with
