The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in a week
Description
This role includes managing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching—specialist areas requiring a dedicated point of contact. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, with strong communication skills, and comfortable managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
The role involves supporting clients across all media globally, requiring excellent project management skills to handle deadlines and diverse requirements. Planning, record-keeping, proactive organization, and maintaining communication with relevant teams and managers are essential to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from any business area and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
* Build positive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges and priorities to inform planning.
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review, and production processes.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, monitoring job status daily.
* Keep team members updated on project statuses.
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Maintain attention to detail to ensure briefs are accurate and complete.
* Collaborate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery.
* Act as a communication link between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage accounts system, raise POs for outsourced or freelance work.
* Ensure estimates are approved before starting work.
* Issue invoices promptly and accurately.
Skills
Requires 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within CG or Photography. A keen interest in these areas is beneficial. The candidate should be eager to learn relevant software, possess decision-making ability, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
