Our mission: helping people to a better future About The Role We are looking for a motivated Wealth Planner, to join our dynamic Wealth management team in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on pensions and retirement planning, saving and investing, inheritance tax planning, later life lending (including equity release), long term care planning, and protection for family and business. Combining independent financial advice with expert legal advice, giving our clients a fully joined-up view. What This Role Would Include Responsible for managing a mixed caseload of client financial planning requirements. Providing holistic financial planning solutions to a range of clients; liaising with colleagues to reach the best outcome for the business and our clients; developing internal and external sources of business; introducing new clients to Tees. Enhancing the firm’s reputation and position within the community by developing a professional reputation, participating in professional and community activities to support the firm. What We Are Looking For While the following skills and qualifications are beneficial, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement: Level 4 Regulated Financial Advice qualification (i.e. DipPFS (CII) or DipFA (LIBF) or equivalent) Has a minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience at Competent Advisor Status (CAS). Proven track record in providing financial advice with a wide range of experience.
