Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
6. Experience supporting children with SEN: such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH or speech and language needs.

8. Strongmunication skills: working effectively with staff, parents and external agencies.
9. A proactive, flexible attitude: willing to adapt and try new strategies.
10. Amitment to safeguarding and inclusion: always putting pupils’ wellbeing first.
