Key Account Manager – Men’s Health | North West (Manchester & Liverpool)
I’m currently partnering with a high-growth, specialist pharmaceutical business to recruit a Regional Account Manager covering the North West.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with significant backing and a clear strategy for major growth and potential IPO over the next 5–10 years.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a specialist territory, working predominantly in secondary care, engaging with:
* Endocrinologists
* Urologists
* Specialist nurses & pharmacists
* Selected GPwSIs (Endocrine/Urology)
This is a highly strategic position involving formulary access, stakeholder engagement, and driving pull-through across your region.
You’ll be working within an established and growing portfolio focused on men’s health, supporting improved outcomes in an underserved therapy area.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven pharma sales experience (ideally secondary care / hospital)
* Strong track record of building relationships with specialists
* Experience with formulary processes and KAM-level selling
* Passion for improving patient outcomes
Experience in urology, endocrinology, Diabetes or specialist care markets is highly desirable but not essential
Package
* Salary up to £70,000
* Bonus £20,000 OTE
