Commission (OTE £40,165 Uncapped)

The Customer Service Advisor Role
Customers spend more time with the service department than sales, making this a key customer-facing role. You will be the connection to the brand and values, ensuring customer issues are resolved and expectations managed throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Be a central point of contact for customer care and vehicle support, collaborating with sales, parts, and technicians
* Understand service/repair requirements and guide customers to suitable aftersales packages
* Provide accurate estimates and schedule work accordingly
* Track and report issues affecting customer satisfaction or team targets
* Encourage the sale of Toyota parts and accessories
* Ensure opportunities for customer engagement are maximized by other teams
* Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
About You
* Previous customer service experience is essential
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Flexible, proactive, and hardworking
* Strong interpersonal skills and approachable
* Ability to thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment
* Good IT skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
