Sales Consultant – Luxury Jewellery
Location: Solihull (West Midlands)
Hours: 40 hours over 5 days, working any 5 out of 7 days including bank holidays and weekends.
Salary: Basic up to £25,500 per annum plus commission.

About This Role
We are looking for a luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our successful sales team based in Solihull.
How You'll Contribute
* Client Engagement and Consultation – greet clients warmly and build genuine relationships.
* Product Knowledge – develop a comprehensive understanding of our jewellery collection.
* Sales Performance – proactively meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a consultative approach.
* Customer Experience – deliver exceptional service and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
* Brand Ambassadorship – embody the brand’s polished, sophisticated image.
* Collaboration – work closely with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* 1–2 years sales experience in luxury retail, preferably jewellery, with a proven record of sales targets.
* Experience liaising with high‑end clientele.
* Confident telephone manner.
* Proactive team player.
* Problem solving – use critical thinking to identify solutions.
* Flexibility – adapt quickly to changing needs.
* Interest in new software and rapid learning.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, communication, and relationship‑building.
* Passion for luxury products and an innate sense of style.
* Strong attention to detail and eye for aesthetics.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism.
* Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
