We are seeking a motivated Brand Manager to help grow our presence across Northern Ireland. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for super premium spirits, a natural talent for building relationships, and a desire to be at the forefront of our brand’s growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our market reach by driving sales, engaging with customers, and representing our brand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring ongoing support and engagement.
Conduct regular visits to clients to introduce new products, discuss promotional opportunities, and provide sales training.
Brand Manager Duties:
Conduct tastings and training, at our distillery or in-store and at events, to educate consumers and trade partners about our gin and whiskey.
Lead and present Rademon Estate Distillery at industry events, festivals, and trade shows, promoting our products and brand story.
Work with our marketing team to plan and execute local brand activations and promotional campaigns.
Organise and host monthly events in trade accounts to drive consumer brand engagement
Lead duty free and airport sales activity through tastings, staff training and brand engagement with the ultimate goal of growing sales.
· o Conduct regular analysis of all sales activity to allow the company to tailor future campaigns to achieve maximum benefit and engagement.
o A flexible approach to working is essential, as you will be required from time to time to work evenings and weekends.
o Show the ability to manage all aspects of your role within the business, with regular reports on projects and sales to be expected.
o Journey Planning: Plan and manage your diary to ensure daily duties are planned efficiently and effectively.
o Amplify Our Brands: Collaborate with local and global brands.
o Brand Advocacy: Assist the sales manager to devise and implement a commercial brand strategy to generate brand love across key on-trade influencers and bartenders in the top venues in Ireland through bespoke brand training and engagement.
