Job Description
* Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner and ensure guests’ needs and requests are efficiently addressed
* Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests’ needs throughout the customer journey and addressing any concerns or issues in a friendly manner
* Collaborate with all colleagues to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a safe, inclusive working environment
* Comply with health and safety regulations and any specific food service or catering guidelines
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas
Qualifications
* Have a contagious passion for food and/or customer service
* Enjoy working in a collaborative and inclusive team environment
* Adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution‑oriented perspective
* Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is a plus
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
