We are on the lookout for candidates who excel in communication to engage with our tenants through various methods, ensuring they understand and comply with their tenancy conditions. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of tenancy and neighbourhood management tasks, aimed at meeting and surpassing performance benchmarks and quality standards. As a key representative of the Dacorum Borough Council to its tenants, professionalism, diligence, and a commitment to teamwork are indispensable.
The ideal candidates will bring a background in Housing Management, marked by innovation, organisational competency, and enthusiasm. Your ability to communicate clearly and tackle issues proactively, devising constructive resolutions, will set you apart. We value curiosity, excellent negotiation, and investigative skills, alongside a respectful, considerate approach to interactions, balancing empathy with assertiveness.
