Thenue Housing Association has approximately 80 staff and provides high quality housing across six main communities in Glasgow, including supported accommodation projects. We also provide a factoring service to over 800 owners and maintain a diverse housing stock ranging from Victorian sandstone tenements to new build properties.
ICT & Business Improvement Officer
We are seeking to recruit an ICT & Business Improvement Officer to support the delivery and continuous improvement of the Association’s ICT services and digital capabilities.
Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day ICT support to staff, ensuring systems, devices and applications operate effectively.
* Help colleagues develop their digital skills and deliver a user‑friendly support model.
* Develop management information and performance reporting using Power BI and Excel to enable data‑driven decision making.
* Identify opportunities for digital improvement, including automation and AI‑enabled tools, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
* Work closely with the ICT Manager and colleagues across the organisation to implement improvements to systems, workflows and reporting while maintaining strong governance, security and data protection standards.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in ICT support and business improvement within a service‑delivery environment.
* Strong knowledge of Power BI, Excel and other reporting tools.
* Experience with automation, AI‑enabled tools, or similar digital improvement initiatives.
* Understanding of governance, security and data protection requirements.
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
