We are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh Team situated in the city centre, due to large scale growth.
The role
* Search and select suitable candidates for your vacancies.
* Build a strong network of candidates and clients.
* Negotiate contracts, agreements and manage the recruitment process from start to finish on behalf of the companies we partner with.
What we need from you
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the drive to succeed
* Financially driven
* Confident and outgoing personality with ability to push outside of your comfort zone
* Experience of hitting targets & beyond within a Recruitment environment
* Strong communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard in a fast paced environment
* Commitment to self-development
* 2+ years recruitment experience ideally within similar markets
* Degree qualified with either a 1st Class or 2:1
* Ambitious and driven individuals with a passion for sales and building relationships
