What will you be doing? As a Recruitment Consultant at Barrington James, you will play a crucial role in connecting top-tier talent with leading companies in the Life Sciences industry. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing high-caliber candidates to building strong client relationships and closing successful placements. This role requires a blend of sales, strategy, and people skills. Key Responsibilities Identify, attract, and engage with high-quality candidates in the Life Sciences sector. Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior-level professionals. Manage the entire 360 recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Drive business development by identifying new client opportunities and expanding relationships. Stay up-to-date with market trends to provide expert industry insights. Negotiate contracts, salaries, and terms between clients and candidates. Attend networking events, client meetings, and industry conferences to expand your market presence.
