The role involves leading a team, managing resources, representing ITSM at a senior level, and acting as an escalation point for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement IT service management strategy and vision. Lead service delivery for ICT services, ensuring process maturity and performance. Manage teams, resources, and capacity to meet service demands. Analyse and improve processes, driving service improvements and optimisations. Take accountability for issues, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Build and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships. Leverage data analytics to enhance business performance.
