Description
We are looking for a Project Manager with a proven track record of successful project delivery and atleast 5 years of project management experience including a minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing Oracle Cloud projects to deliver quality, client satisfaction and financial control in accordance with Frontera’s project methodology, processes, and policies.
Qualifications/Experience
Candidates will demonstrate a successful track record of the following:
1. Managing all phases of project lifecycle within budget and time with expected quality
2. Managing project resources and finance
3. Reporting project status, issues, risks to both the Client Project Steering and internally
4. Managing project governance and facilitate the escalation path for project issues
5. Business transformation involving both IT and business process change
6. Delivery of project budgets in excess of £1M
7. Experience delivering with formal project methods such as Oracle Unified Method, Prince2 and project approaches such as Waterfall and Agile
8. Relationship management and conflict resolution
9. Security Clearance or the ability to achieve it
Skills
10. Excellent problem solving and hypothesis forming skills
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to effectively communicate to all levels of a client’s organisation
12. Industry knowledge and expertise
13. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
14. Team player - Experience with working with client teams, on-shore and off-shore teams
15. Prince2 Practitioner Certification (or equivalent) desirable
Location : Anywhere in UK. Ability to travel to UK client sites.
