Overview
Kickstart your career with a Business Administration Apprenticeship supporting our Client Services team during an exciting period of change. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across Admissions, Enrolment, Bursary, and Customer Services, while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
As an apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth experience for applicants and students. You’ll gain valuable insight into how a busy client services team operates while contributing to a major systems transformation project.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records
* Assist with applications, enrolment, and student communications
* Support customer enquiries and college events
* Help with system updates and data management (ProSolution)
Qualifications
* Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
* Good communication and basic IT skills
* Positive, proactive attitude
* The ideal candidate must have GCSE Maths & English (or Level 2 equivalent)
