The past year, we’re laser-focused on becoming the world’s number one tipping distribution platform within five years. We’re looking for a smart, energetic and highly motivated Business Development Executive to help us accelerate growth by targeting smaller multi-site hospitality businesses across the UK. This is a high-activity, high-resilience role perfect for someone early in their B2B sales career who is eager to learn, be coached, and play a vital role in bringing new clients into the business. What You’ll Be Doing: Reporting into our Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting and conversion of leads into qualified opportunities. You'll play a key role in building pipeline and contributing to the growth of our customer base. Key Responsibilities: Drive consistent weekly outbound activity across: - Cold and warm prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn - Attending relevant industry networking events and exhibitions - Leveraging and contributing to social media and content activity Identify and qualify new leads, particularly within small to mid-sized multi-site operators Understand and communicate customer pain points and business challenges Work with the wider commercial team to convert leads into paying customers Stay informed on market trends, customer segments and competitive offerings Ensure CRM is accurately updated with all activity, notes and pipeline stages Represent TiPJAR professionally and passionately at all touchpoints We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has 1–2 years experience in a B2B sales or lead generation role (SaaS or hospitality experience a bonus) Is highly motivated, resilient and thrives on outbound activity Understands the importance of research, preparation and consultative selling Is commercially intelligent and curious – able to learn quickly and adapt Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, scale-up environment Is eager to progress and grow their career in sales and business development What You’ll Get in Return: Flexible working hours and hybrid working (remote London office days) Competitive salary uncapped commission 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Company laptop and mobile Travel and expenses covered for events and meetings Option to work abroad for up to 4 weeks a year Clear progression path and career development support Access to the UK’s best hospitality operators Regular social events If you're looking to develop your sales career in a business with purpose, culture and ambition — we’d love to hear from you.
