An Evesham based food manufacturer are looking to recruit an experienced multi skilled Maintenance Engineer for their modern production facility.
As a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer you will provide engineering support to the production area and be responsible for reactive and proactive maintenance of plant, equipment, and any auxiliary systems.
* 1 = Mon to Fri 6am – 3pm
* 2 = Mon to Fri 10am – 7pm
* 3 = Tues – Sat 8am – 5pm
This is a great opportunity to work in a modern food manufacturer that is seeing significant investment being made across multiple sites in the group with the aim of becoming number one in their sector.
* Salary c£40-£55k dependent on experience.

Key responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer:
* Assist team to work towards maximum plant and equipment efficiency so downtime is minimised
* Ensure planned engineering tasks are delivered on time and in full
* Ensure good repair / manufacturing practices and procedures are followed
* Ensure completion of planned maintenance documents / CMMS
* Work closely with production staff to achieve daily targets
* Contribute to cost reduction initiatives to drive efficiency and process improvements
Experience and skills required:
* Qualified maintenance engineer with C&G's or BTEC Level 3 or higher (elec quals required)
* Multi skilled, mechanical and electrical skills / experience
* Proactive attitude to solving issues and supporting production
* FMCG / Food manufacturing experience would be desired, but not essential
