?? Key Responsibilities
* Install, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites across Bucks, surrounding areas and in the workshop
* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to minimise downtime
* Provide excellent technical support and customer service
* Complete service reports and documentation accurately
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards at all times

* Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Technician, or Maintenance Engineer
* Strong electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
