Your Role:
* Project Support: Work closely with our IT Vendor Manager to provide project support, including project and contract finance administration, giving you hands-on experience with real-world IT projects.
* Collaborative Environment: Support in the project lifecycle of IT initiatives by liaising with stakeholders and project teams to understand business needs, ensuring efficient delivery and fostering strong supplier relationships.
* Operational Insight: Engage with the purchase order process using Oracle finance systems, maintain the IT Service Catalogue, and assist in reporting monthly on operational expenditure (OPEX), gaining vital insights into business operations.

What we’re looking for!
We’re on the lookout for exceptional candidates to join our IT team! Here’s what we’re hoping to find:
* A 2nd-year student, ideally pursuing a computer-related course that requires a 12-month placement, starting July 2026.
* A base level of theoretical and practical knowledge in IT. Retail work experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload efficiently.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
* Self-motivated and committed to developing your skills, embracing opportunities for growth and learning.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, to assist in data management and reporting.
