Clinical Negligence Senior Paralegal / Fee Earner - Manchester - Hybrid - Salary up to £30,000
The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join a Top 100 Law Firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals Nationally.
The firm is recognised for its outstanding client care and high-quality work. Due to the development and expansion of the Clinical Negligence department, they are now seeking to appoint a Senior Paralegal / Fee Earner to take on some excellent, pre-litigated claims and assist the Solicitors within team on their complex caseloads.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in Clinical Negligence and specifically handling their own caseload. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of investigating liability and instructing experts.
The Candidate
* Clinical Negligence Senior Paralegal / Fee Earner
* Minimum 2 years experience in Clinical Negligence
* Experience of handling their own caseload
* Prioritise and manage a varied caseload
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
* Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
* Excellent client care skills
* Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
