Job Summary
Care UK is seeking a Regional Director for the South Region (Croydon and Surbiton). The role involves leading a team of Home Managers, sustaining high standards of service quality, and building strong stakeholder relationships through the 'Fulfilling Lives' values.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Local Authority CCG/CQC through a sound knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements.
* Ensure all contractual obligations are met to avoid financial penalties and disputes and directly manage any contractual disputes that occur.
* Build a competent and highly driven team of home managers in the region and effectively lead, manage and motivate them to support and develop their team.
* Assist in the preparation and review of budgets.
* Make a positive contribution to the business in terms of its profit, development, growth and market position.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and proven experience of leading a group of homes in the Residential Care Services sector.
* Sound knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements.
* Extensive knowledge and ability to manage multiple budgets across a multi-sited business.
