Konecta UK is looking for a HR Manager who will contribute to the achievement of business results by effectively integrating and applying HR knowledge and expertise, leadership and organisational development principles.
Pivotal to future success, this role will work in synergy with the ESM HRD and Senior HR Business Partner in all our sites, and be Manager for the HR Shared Services Team. HR function. Understanding best practice around implementing process is key, as is managing and driving positive culture change, by implementing a commercial and value added.
The HR Manager acts as the face of HR for Konecta UK and reports directly to the ESM HR Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice in all HR matters related to the site, operating at both a strategic and an operational level
* Management of generalist HR Shared Services teams
* Introduce and drive change management initiatives across the HR Shared Services Department
* Oversee all Share Services functions
* Evaluate and make recommendations to Senior HR Business Partner on cost effective training and development programmes
* Ensure all payroll processes and pre-employment checks are complete and in line with Konecta Policies
* Maintain all employment related documentation within the structured framework of the HR document management system
* Update appropriate forms when an employee receives a promotion/salary amendments or their personal circumstances change via the HR System
* Oversee all HR site reporting
* Support when required with screening job applicants to obtain information such as education and work experience. Informing job applicants of their acceptance or rejection for employment
* Request references from present or past employers for applicants
* Providing accurate payroll reports regarding sickness absence (paid/unpaid), holiday accruals and leaver details by payroll cut-off dates
* HR shared services Vendor management
* Dashboard management
* Data Analytics to be shared with the Senior HR Business Partner.
* Contacting agencies in regard to lateness, absenteeism and temporary staff feedback
* Ensuring all HR Shared Services KPI’s are met on a month basis and analysis provided weekly
* Ensuring all recruitment and staffing logistics both permanent and temporary are feasible and completed

Key Competencies
* Extensive experience in a Senior HR role at multi-site level.
* Qualified CIPD member.
* University degree preferred.
* Excellent communication and motivational skills, ability to multitask and work independently.
* Excellent understanding of BPO practices, KPIs etc.
* Experience of creating and implementing HR strategies in a complex and fast moving environment.
* Background of working with senior level staff and key stakeholders.
* Thorough knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
