Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and compliance (MOT, servicing, brakes, etc.) 2. Proven experience in managing workshop operations and technician teams 3. Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills Nice to Have: * Experience with workshop management software and job card systems * Relevant technical certifications or qualifications (e.g., IMI, ATA)
