Deputy Manager Complex Care Chichester | Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm £40,000 £45,000 Paid Additional Shifts (£22ph) Full-time | Permanent Are you an experienced care professional with a background in trauma-informed care and CAMHS, looking for a role where you can have a genuine, hands-on impact? We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to support a bespoke, high-acuity package for a 15-year-old service user within one of the UKs leading, clinically led community care providers. This is a unique opportunity for a Deputy Manager to work closely within a small, dedicated team, delivering highly personalised care and making a real difference to one individuals life. The Role As a Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day delivery of care for a single, complex package, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred support. You will play a key role in supporting a young person with trauma-related needs and CAMHS involvement, working closely with the wider MDT, family and care team to ensure consistency, stability and positive outcomes. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekends required, however there is the opportunity to pick up additional shifts within the package at £22 per hour.
