Registration Officer (Ceremonies) – Service Excellence for Life’s Meaningful Days. We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Ceremonies Team, where you will play a key role in delivering personalised, meaningful, and memorable experiences for couples and families across Wiltshire.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values attention to detail, and is comfortable working flexible hours, including regular weekend work. You will be part of a professional and supportive team, delivering high-quality ceremonies that mark some of life’s most important moments.
Responsibilities
* Conduct and register marriages and civil partnerships.
* Deliver Welcoming (Baby Naming) ceremonies.
* Carry out ceremonies in our ceremony rooms and at licensed approved venues across Wiltshire.
* Work closely with couples and their guests to ensure each ceremony is delivered with warmth, professionalism, and care.
* Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and detailed registration practice following full training.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Enjoy working with people, attentive to detail, and able to work flexible hours including regular weekend work.
* Willing to complete required training and maintain high standards of service.
