The team advises on a broad range of services including wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and powers of attorney. The Role: As a Private Client Legal Secretary, you will provide key administrative and secretarial support to fee earners, helping to ensure the smooth progression of client files and exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and formatting legal documents such as wills, probate forms, and LPA documentation Managing diaries, appointments, and meetings for solicitors Liaising with clients by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and discretion Assisting with file opening, closure, and archiving in line with compliance protocols Supporting with billing and time recording General administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining filing systems What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a Private Client legal support role is essential Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and familiarity with case management systems Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Professional, compassionate, and client-focused communication style Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately What’s on Offer: Competitive salary package based on experience Supportive team environment with a focus on work-life balance Ongoing training and development opportunities A genuinely friendly and approachable firm culture
