Description
• Ensuring clients receive support, product and service in timely manner
• Customer data capture and order reporting
• Order processing
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Preparing sales reports and renewal reports for customer
• Monitoring and assisting client requests
• Providing first class service to customers
Requirements
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Punctual

No formal qualifications required.
Additional Info
21 days annual leave during probation rising to 25 days after probabtion, 1 day yearly increase thereafter to maximum 30 days.
