Your new role
Reporting to an exceptionalmercial manager and director who are well respected, this is a role which will allow you to develop your skillset towards Senior Quantity Surveyor and beyond. Your initial role will involve working on some existing projects and getting themmercially closed, but as time progresses you will get exposed to newer projectsmencing in Glasgow and Edinburgh. This will involve working with the operational team in terms of procurement, methodology and will allow you to get fully embedded in these new projects as theymence. These projects are residential in nature and are typically blocks of flats working with both private and public sector developers.
What you'll need to succeed

Themercial manager is an expert across multiple sectors of construction and has a great track of developing quantity surveyors underneath them.
