We’re hiring a Lead Data Product Analyst to join a high-growth, data-driven business where analytics sits at the core of product and commercial decision-making.
This is a key leadership role focused on product analytics, experimentation, and data strategy, working closely with product and engineering teams to shape roadmap decisions and drive measurable impact.
What you’ll be doing
Leading product analytics across key customer journeys and digital products
Owning experimentation strategy, including A B testing and hypothesis design
Partnering with product and engineering to influence roadmap and prioritisation
Defining KPIs and building scalable reporting frameworks
Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
Mentoring and supporting analysts within the team
What we’re looking for
Strong experience in product analytics and experimentation
Advanced SQL and solid Python skills
Experience with modern data stacks including dbt
Background in a high-growth tech company or startup environment
Proven ability to influence product decisions through data
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
