Plant Fitter
Location: Lincoln (Hybrid role with elements of working from home and requirements to work from the Bradford and Lincoln depots. Travel is required)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Our client is seeking an experienced Plant Fitter to join their Airfields & Lining division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a wide range of plant and equipment, ensuring reliability and safety to support their operations.
Responsibilities
* To undertake inspections, defect repairs and preventative maintenance to vehicles, plant and equipment to specialist airfield grooving and lining equipment.
* Machine operator for the airfield grooving department when required.
* To be an advocate of the company mission statement and support the values of the business.
* To foster positive relationships within the supply chain and enhance customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
* Operate and maintain airfield grooving equipment.
* Undertake daily defect repairs allocated both on and off site.
* Undertake preventative maintenance and repairs to plant and power tools on site and off site.
* Weekly inspections.
* Monitor and manage stock levels of consumables.
* Maintain good housekeeping standards.
