About the Role:
We are currently seeking a confident and well-organised Production/Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and growing team based in Ferndown. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with basic supervisory or team-leading experience who is looking to step into a hands-on leadership role within a warehouse/production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production team
Lead, motivate, and support team members to meet production targets
Ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
Monitor workflow and address any issues that may impact productivity
Maintain clear communication between team members and management
Support training and development of new and existing staff
Requirements:
Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role (production or similar environment preferred)
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
Ability to manage workloads and prioritise effectively
Hands-on approach with a proactive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure
What's on Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of £14.50 - £15.00
