Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to support our online sales operations. This role involves managing online stock inventory, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring timely and accurate packaging and dispatch of items. You will collaborate with various departments to source accurate product information and maintain excellent digital and physical stock presentation.
A key part of the role is delivering outstanding customer service through effective written communication and a proactive, friendly approach. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, highly organized, and committed to upholding FatFace Foundation’s values, social and environmental mission, and brand integrity.
Role Responsibilities
* Maintain online sales stock, ensuring correct management of sales listings
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently and attentively
* Assist with stock replenishment and ensure new stock is correctly uploaded and stored
* Coordinate with other departments to source accurate product data
* Keep the shop floor and back of house tidy and organized
* Package items securely for safe delivery
* Post sales items to customers promptly
* Adhere to all FatFace/FatFace Foundation policies and procedures
* Ensure GDPR compliance at all times
