Your new role
As Bid Coordinator, you will support the pre‑construction function in producingpelling, accurate and visually impressive submissions. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing and coordinating bid, tender and PQQ documentation
2. Using Adobe InDesign to create high quality, branded proposals and layouts
3. Tailoring case studies, CVs, project profiles and technical narratives
4. Gathering and organising content from estimators, planners, designers and operational leads
5. Managing and improving the bid library and wider knowledge bank
6. Ensuring submissions align with brand standards, bid strategies and client requirements
7. Contributing to wider marketing and pre construction activity when required
This is a collaborative, hands on role where your creativity, organisation andmunication skills will directly influence bid quality and win rates.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Experience in a bid/proposal, document production or marketing led role
9. Strong skills in InDesign and MS Office
10. Excellent written English and the ability to shape persuasive content
11. Strong organisation andfort working across multiple deadlines
12. A proactive, team focused mindset
