As Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an accounts payment service to several legal entities, covering the payment of supplier invoicing, plus colleague T&E reimbursement.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
* Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, both in GBP and EUR
* Seeking out and implementing improvements in the way we work together within our Accounts Payable team
* Be a subject matter expert for all things Accounts Payable and P2P
* Build key relationships with colleagues both within our finance function and the wider business
* Liaising closely with our external suppliers
What we need from you:
* Experience of working within transactional finance team, including Accounts Payable
* Experience dealing with international suppliers and invoices
* Experience or working knowledge of COUPA/Oracle is desirable
* Adaptable and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
