Physiotherapist | MSK | Private hospital | Full-Time, permanent | Horley, West Sussex

Spire Gatwick Park Hospital is looking for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join our dynamic and forward thinking team. This is a great opportunity for someone to progress in their career and gain experience in private healthcare industry. You will also be required to take part in the inpatient orthopaedic weekend rota.

Duties and responsibilities:

As MSK Physiotherapist, your role will involve performing individual assessments and overseeing a diverse range of patient cases. You will have the opportunity to dedicate sufficient time to each patient, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care.

  • The position entails providing a high standard of assessment and treatment for our outpatient department.
  • You will manage a varied outpatient caseload
  • To hold own caseload and be responsible for a defined area of the service, working without direct supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interactions with patients, consultants, and colleagues,
  • Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

    • Who we're looking for:

  • BSc Hons or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Outpatient Physio experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop good working relationships.
  • Demonstrate solid clinical reasoning skills and evidence-based practice.
  • To be computer literate with excellent organisational and time management skills and an acute attention to detail.

    • Who we're looking for

  • Degree (BSc Hons Physiotherapy) or equivalent.
  • HCPC Registered
  • 2 years post-graduate MSK experience
  • UK hospital experience in NHS or private is essential
  • UK Based

    • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, includes early starts (08:00) and late finishes (19:30), including weekend orthopaedic rotation. Orthopaedic on call required.
