Our client is a social housing maintenance contractor who are looking for a Customer service Call handler to join their team.
The role of the Call handler is to provide excellent customer service to tenants.
The duties of this role are:
* Taking inbound calls from tenants
* Dealing with queries and complaints
* Liaising with the planing team
* Making sure all timescales are met
* Logging all repairs onto the database
* Closing down jobs
* Updating the database if necessary
The successful candidate must have experience within social housing and being in a call centre environment.
