As a Warehouse Operative at Ocado Logistics, you’ll play a vital role in preparing orders for our valued customers. Join us at our state-of-the-art warehouse in Andover, where innovation meets teamwork!
Your Role Awaits
We offer a variety of areas and shift options, allowing you to tailor your work-life balance with our core roster. You’ll receive your work pattern 6 to 13 weeks in advance, giving you plenty of time to plan quality moments with family and friends. Be prepared to work in both Ambient and chill areas (down to -5°C).
Available Roles
* Despatch: 07:00 - 17:00 Days or 21:00 - 07:00 Nights
Load individual totes into frames for delivery vans and sort totes returning to the site. This is a physical role, so get ready to lift heavy totes—no gym membership needed!
* Pick: 05:00 - 15:00 Days or 19:00 - 05:00 Nights
Pick and pack customer orders into shopping totes with care, assisted by our friendly robots!
* Inbound: 06:00 - 17:00 Days or 19:00 - 06:00 Nights
Receive goods from suppliers and prepare them for our robots and pickers.
* Freezer: 05:00 - 15:00 Days or 19:00 - 05:00 Nights
Pick and pack frozen items in a large freezer (up to -25°C). Full gear provided—if you love the cold, this is the job for you!
We have various shifts available, both days and nights, which will be discussed during your application journey.

* Starting rate: £12.35 per hour
* Night shift premium (11:45 PM - 5:45 AM): +£3.34 per hour
* Freezer premium: +£0.80 per hour
* Overtime paid at basic x 1.25
