Specialty Dr in Diabetes & Endocrinology and General Medicine
Based at St Johns Hospital

Entry Criteria for a Specialty Doctor:
* shall have full registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council (GMC); And
* shall have completed at least four years’ full-time postgraduate training (or its equivalent gained on a less than full-time or flexible basis) at least two of which will be in a specialty training programme or specialty registrar locum appointment for training (LAT);
Or
* shall have equivalent training, experience or competencies, either in the UK or overseas.
Applications are welcome for the above Permanent, /part time (6.5 hours per week) post based in St John Hospital.
Additional Details:
This is a replacement post for a specialty doctor working within the diabetes service. It is a permanent position, with a mutually agreed start date.
The post involves 1.5 sessions, including 1 clinic and associated administrative/SPA time, participating in the Friday morning diabetes clinic at St John’s Hospital in OPD1. The post has 1.33 PA’s for DCC and 0.17 PA for SPA.
Interested candidates must be registered with the GMC. This is an exposure-prone post.
