We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, providing support to staff and management, and maintaining effective communication across departments. Previous office experience and strong computer skills are required to excel in this position.
Duties
* Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including filing, data entry, and document management
* Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
* Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficiency
Requirements
* Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry systems
* Experience with Brightpay or similar accounting software is desirable
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Strong typing skills for efficient document preparation and data entry
* Good phone etiquette with clear communication skills
* Previous clerical experience is preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates willing to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
