Essential Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) - Electrical Installations & Theory
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Level 3 (or equivalent) - Fire Detection & Fire Alarm Systems (BS 5839-1 & 6)
SMSTS or SSSTS site management certification
ECS/CSCS card
Skills & Experience That Set You Apart:
Proven experience managing electrical projects - ideally fire alarm focused
Strong fire alarm system design knowledge, with ability to review or produce drawings
Experience working in social housing or commercial environments
Confident interpreting electrical drawings and technical specifications
Natural leader with strong communication skills
Organised, solutions-driven, and calm under pressure
Full UK driving licence
