MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES As an Early Career Teacher of MFL, your responsibilities will include: Teaching French and/or Spanish across KS3 and KS4 (with the possibility of KS5 depending on experience and subject needs) Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that promote language proficiency and cultural understanding Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching strategies to support all learners Participating in curriculum development and resource planning Creating a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment Engaging in the school's ECT programme and CPD opportunities Contributing to pastoral duties and the wider life of the school WHAT OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR The ideal candidates will: Hold or be on track to achieve QTS by September 2025 Have a degree in a Modern Foreign Language or a closely related field Be able to teach both French and Spanish confidently at KS3 and KS4 Be passionate about language learning and committed to inspiring students Have a strong understanding of effective teaching practices and assessment Be reflective, organised, and keen to continuously improve Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents Be enthusiastic about contributing to the broader school community APPLY NOW To apply, please send a copy of your up-to-date CV to All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
