Highly numerate and able to analyse data and make connections and recommendations. Able to work flexibly as part of a team and independently. Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to deliver high quality work. Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong working relationships. Highly competent in using MS Office and the ability to use/learn other IT systems/databases. An awareness/understanding of the key factors (environmental, political, economic and social) that impact the tea and coffee industry. You will be confident and able to travel for extended periods of time to tea and coffee producing countries. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English at grade 4/C or above are essential. We are also looking for candidates who have further qualifications in any subjects, equivalent to 3 A-Levels at grade CCC. In addition, language skills (preferably Spanish) are desirable. What we offer you As a minimum, all our employees receive free meals, drinks and snacks while at work.
